"I got the baked chicken, mashed potatoes and fried okra and my wife got the catfish, candied yams and coleslaw. Everything was amazing and has lots of flavor. The service was also good, it was just the one guy doing everything himself so it was a little wait but it's 100% worth it. It's nice to have a great small business so close by. "The food was delicious. Large quantity. There were many variety of choices on the menu. Staff speaks English and Spanish. It's small but there are a few outside patio seats as well. It could use a new paint, especially the bathroom. The door on bathroom was filthy, dirty. Needs replacement with steel, or something with color. They should replace the ugly booths and just put tables. It should have a colorful mural, inside and out. Make a nice patio deck with lights for night time."

"We use to order pizza perfect when we lived in Ypsilanti I mean they knew our order when we called because we ordered 2 to 3 times a week then we moved away and 8 years later we moved back into the area. We couldn't wait to have pizza perfect again. So we ordered it and we were so happy to see that they never wavered from the perfection that they had in the past. They are still perfect and we are back to ordering as often as we can. My husband would eat Pizza Perfect every day if we could. Love this place!"

"We used to enjoy coming here a lot, and the food was and still is great, but after the remodel the atmosphere has tanked and it’s very cramped and loud. We’re here right now finishing our food after waiting insanely long to be helped by a waitress who hardly looked or spoke to use. My meal was burnt badly and somehow still made its way out of the kitchen and to my table, my girlfriends meal was brought out incorrectly twice and simply asking for the correct dish seemed like a huge inconvenience. And neither of us got the sides with our order. I’m sure this is a one time incredibly poor experience but I just don’t see us being excited about coming back again"
