"We had to wait 2 hours for our meals (two can 't believe it 's not vegetarian burgers) and it is a cold atmosphere in the store. The Burger was good but not extraordinary. The staff was very nice but they were just three people and had to do work for five people. That 's why it takes so long to get the food I guess. But they were very sorry and gave us a little discount. I really like the concept of the fresh food but you have to be better organized when you run a restaurant."

"Nice little cafe in fort William . We visited this cafe when we stopped over in fort William. Little walk from parking and beautiful views over sea from cafe. We had multiple Chai Latte , there are delicious . Highly recommended place . Helpful staff. We visited on our way back to have the chai latte. It’s in high street definitely no parking , park outside and walk to high street."

"You have a separate menu for GF! I'm celiac and my sister is vegan, so it can be difficult for us to find a place that we can both eat comfortably, but the Inn has menus for GF and vegan. We both had some nice options. The Cullen Skink was super tasty, the Schellfisch main dish was somehow bland, but well made and then there was the GF sticky turbid pudding. M.G leak. Soooo dang good, I scratched the plate clean. It's a bit of a way out, depending on where you stay, but well worth the miles when you're celiac. The mountain is right in front of the restaurant that you have a bit of a walk before or after to help work out of the pudding!"

"A group of 8 of us went in before we got on the Harry Potter Jacobite steam train dressed in cosplay. They took orders of some of us but refused to acknowledge and take the orders for the last two of us, no idea why. After the first four got served they asked nicely the two older women if we could get our order in and get served because we were all together and going on the train. Still they refused to acknowledge the two of us,(except for nasty stares/stink eye) take our order or serve us. But they did take the order of the next 10 or so people after us while continuing to act like we didn't exist. This was very unprofessional, uncalled for and just plain cruel and mean. In case it was an accident (which I severely doubt it because while dressed in cosplay we really stand out in a crowd) it was very politely called to their attention, and yet they still avoided correcting their mistake/acknowledging us/taking a food order/conducting a business transaction in a place of business and continued carrying out refusal of any interaction except for the nasty stares. I cried a lot and went to the lobby area and the nice lady in the gift shop was a very nice, had muffins and coffee and she took my order and fed me. No problems with anyone else in the town of Fort William serving us in Harry Potter cosplay, or on the Jacobite steam train, or in Malaig. Every business we went to,except for Lochaber Cafe, was more than welcoming and very pleased that we stopped in. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Stayed in a nearby guesthouse and had dinner at Loch view. The view is absolutely brilliant. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the service was friendly and prompt and we all enjoyed our meal. Meat was tender, seafood was fresh, local and everything was cooked very well. Good desserts."

"Did not like the look of the bar in the cellar (a little too dark and crowned for my taste), but the upper floor café is bright, well decorated and has a good selection of dishes and drinks. Very child-friendly with a customizable children's lunch box, a variety of different high chairs and a game bag full of toys to keep toddlers busy while relaxing with a drink. Will come back when I'm in Fort William."
