"We hadn't been here in quite a long time as we did not have a great experience previously. We decided to give it another try and were very pleased. Our server (Brittany P) went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. She was bubbly and friendly and very knowledgeable. Our food came out hot, fresh and as ordered. Thanks Brittany P for making us happy we gave Boston Pizza another chance!"

"Ordered two party plus one large for take out tonight. Have always been pleased with this restaurant but tonight we got the worst pizza we've ever had anywhere. The order was messed up and not even in the oven an hour after ordering. Barely any sauce or cheese and the toppings were next to nil. The pizzas were burnt.The staff didn't care or attempt to please. Will not be back after years of using pizza nova, Midland."

"My girlfriend and I decided to go to the Penetang Pizza delight for supper last night and had a terrible experience. We were the only ones in the dining room and somehow they managed to completely forget my Broadway pizza which they told me 10 minutes after I heard the waitress ask the cook why it wasn't ready. So my girlfriends food arrived good 20 minutes before mine which makes for a very unacceptable eating experience. We also heard a 20 minute argument between kitchen staff and our waitress which was quite awkward with some of the language being used. Our waitress also complained many times about having pneumonia and how her aunt died of it during the argument. ... Even our desserts came about 10 minutes apart. With mine being a cheese cake and hers being a skillet cookie. This was an immensely disappointing experience which is unfortunate because we've always enjoyed the pizza from here.."
