"I ordered a big salad pizza. For my understanding get a normal with a slightly over 20cm diameter. Dough was fine, coating tasted like supermarket. The pizza cost 7.50€. It was totally pleasant, but it would rather grab a TK pizza. Service: Take meal: Dinner"

"We enjoyed ordering here. Almost every week. The food, delivery and service have always been good. Unfortunately, that changed with our experience today. As usual, we ordered our food via Lieferando and were given a time slot of 60 minutes. So far so good... After 90 minutes, however, I became a little suspicious and tried to call to ask where our food was. Unfortunately in vain. I tried to reach the delivery service several times over the course of 20 minutes, but the line was always busy or no one answered. (at least 1 call per minute) as this was quite unusual. So after another 10 minutes we drove off to ask. When I got there, I politely asked what my order was and was told that the delivery driver was probably on the way. (This can also be expected after a total of 50 minutes after the actual delivery time) The driver was called and said he would be there in 3 minutes. I then politely asked whether there was something wrong with the phone or whether you could let me know if you couldn't meet the delivery time. After all, that was twice as long. The only answer I got was that the phone was apparently working now and the driver would be there shortly. Then the nice gentleman behind the counter turned me around and started working again. I then politely asked for a receipt and didn't even say goodbye. When we got back home we found the food cold (my girlfriend had been waiting at home to see if the driver finally arrived). This entire constellation makes me avoid this delivery service. The food has always been good, and deliveries have sometimes been earlier than announced. But this behavior should not be tolerated. In my opinion, it's good decency to at least let us know if you're late if it's 5, 10 or 15 minutes, I don't say anything. But I found it a bit disappointing that after 50 minutes nobody felt responsible. Here you could have at least apologized for the waiting time but you probably didn't think that was necessary. A pity. We definitely won't be ordering here again! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"
