"Had ordered online, for a pickup. Arrived waited at curbside for 10 minutes. No one came. Went inside waited another 6-8 minutes before someone walked by, asking if I 've been helped. Explained I was picking up an online order. They walked away. Another person walked up about 3 minutes after that, asking if I 've been helped. Again stated I was picking up an online order. Was then told I needed to go to the bar. Waited another few minutes, to be greeted by someone different. CALMLY said picking up an online order . (Didn 't bother asking my name) But explained it wasn 't ready yet to have a seat at the bar. 20 minutes AFTER the expected pick up time, I finally received my order. (Tied up like Fort Knox) By the time I got it home the food was room temp. Will NOT visit this location again ????"

"We had the worst experience here. The chips were stale and the guacamole tasted old. We all got our food at different times and not just by a few minutes apart. Food was so bad that no one at our table ate even a quarter of it. Our server was nice but took forever to get to us throughout the meal even though they weren’t busy. To top it off, the water in the bathrooms is EXTREMELY hot. To be fair they have a sign posted to the side but still have the sinks operational. My daughter is just now learning to read so obviously she didn't know and burnt her hands. I never leave reviews but for the prices they were charging, I expected a way better experience!"
