"I love food trucks and the quality of the food that comes out of them. The Kauai Sushi Station is no exception! The cashier and sushi chef recommend the big eye tuna and i am glad that i ordered it! Phenomenal!! The cashier also recommended the Ginger Crazy Roll. It too was really good, as was the house made ginger dressing on the salad! The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful with my order. I highly recommend trying this food truck!!!"

"Everything is good. Marks special combo is what I got and my girl got the Korean chicken and teriyaki beef combo. Both were wonderful! The yelp reviews are not fake. The carrot cake, if they have it, was almost enough to make me cry, it was soooooo good. It's only take out so you'll need to find a place to eat. Really one of the best on Kauai."

"Just happened to have been driving by and said to my friend , we could go there. Nothing fancy looking outside . We got great service, despite our grungy appearance after having been on a hike down the wailua waterfall . the food is unexpectantly delicious and nicely plated. I Highly recommend this."

"This place is AMAZING for dinner. We were in Hawaii for 5 nights and after having dinner here on our 2nd night, we quickly made a reservation for the last night. Highly recommend making a reservation before sunset as the views are stunning. It is not a cheap meal but if you have one sludge dinner, this is definitely the spot to try. The quality of the ingredients sets it apart from other restaurants we tried. We got the dumplings both times we came. They are an absolute must. We also got the ribs both times. All the meat was tender and flavorful. The honey appetizer was also delicious. I am not usually a big fan of goat cheese but it is not too powerful in flavor. We got the cheesecake for dessert the first time and it is light, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We got the banana lumpia the second time. It was good but we preferred the cheesecake."
