"Dear Sir andreas “Votsche” V., I can very well remember our words. they have forgotten to mention that they took not only 2 sugar sticks to their pizza, but 2 hands full of sugar and coffee cream from the tresen area. they could have asked me if they could get sugar and coffee cream to their pizza, we would like to fulfill our guests the most extraordinary desires, tastes are known to be different! probably they were too busy getting over prices and self-service. we are sorry that in the 15 minutes waiting time for their pizza to take along, the system of self-service had to endure. Unfortunately we can not cover the service for the fully overpriced 11,90 € pizza, with a complete support and a delivery service up to their home or tent. the wrong object can be seen on their photo presentation.With friendly greetings their “unfriendly” (self) service"
