"I ordered, a chicken and spinach with Alfredo sauce pizza, I'm allergic to the other ingredients, they gave me a pizza and added bell peppers, I'm allergic to them I called up spoke with Frank, he said they can remake the pizza and I would have to go pick it up I told him no I need to go get some benedryl fast and take it, he didn't seem to care, he said they are not responsible for anything other than replacement of the pizza, oh and would give me a free dessert, I asked to speak to someone above him he said no one else would want to speak to me,,"

"Over-priced and under cooked. Yesterday I paid just over $68 for one med pizza, one large pizza, 10 wings, and mozzarella sticks. The wings were completely undercooked and I was told the med pizza was overcooked. (Large pizza was just fine. Anyway, we called the restaurant about this and was told there was no manager on site to issue a partial refund and only a manager could. Well I did call back today because the 10 wings were $17 and no one could eat any. There was still blood at the bone! Manager told me it's company policy that they don't do refunds and could only offer me a credit. He said it's posted in the restaurant that they don't do refunds even though I ORDERED DELIVERY and it sure isn't posted online. I sure hope that $68 goes far because they'll never get another cent out of me nor the two other women that experienced this order with me. Also, even the edible food was not good enough to match the price. Thumbs down."

"The servers alter tips on receipts!!! I have a receipt from 2/27/20 at 18:04 server was Tierra at 218 Bourbon. I have reported it to bank, left message with a phone number I could find and a message through here. No one has gotten back to me! Guess it’s ok for their employees to steal from customers! This is a headache to deal with."

"I 've never had a hard pizza. My pizza was burnt, literally to the crisp. Took a second bite thinking it would get better, nope. Would NOT recommend, will be looking for under new management sign (or some equivalent) before I give it another shot."
