"Being from the Gers and a little lacking in a restaurant with local products but as at home I was not disappointed, Landes salad (good in the Gers it is with pieces of foie gras) and duck breast duck.. Very generous dishes, very pleasant service. Excellent !"

"Thank you very much for their formula. Formula 12th50 entry buffets then 3 choice dishes and finally dessert buffets. All this with a glass of wine per person. In the entrance I took very good and fresh cabbage salad. Then seafood lasagna with salad (large serving) not disappointed at all. My husband took hampe fries no receipt either. A ride to the RAS toilet The only small flat I can say I enjoyed the cloth table towel, but it would have been ironed it would have been more presentable. Now you're testing. Enjoy!"

"Situé idéalement dans le centre réaménagé de Arthon-en-Retz, renommé depuis peu Chaumes-en-Retz.Ambiance auberge traditionnelle. Cadre dans le style, confortable et chaleureux.Accueil différent (...) mais néanmoins toujours agréable et service correct.La cuisine, élaborée par un chef amoureux de son métier et toujours à la recherche de l'excellence, est fine et savoureuse.Les produits sont frais et de qualité, avec une préférence pour les producteurs locaux.En semaine, il est possible d'y déjeuner pour 10 €, mais... oublions ! De passer à côté de cette savoureuse cuisine élaborée dans la tradition serait vraiment dommage.C'est toujours un grand plaisir d'y revenir et de pouvoir entendre parler ce professionnel de sa passion."
