It always looks like it's been sitting there for a long time and is very often cold. "I order from here once or twice a week. I ordered online on Christmas Eve at 7:30. It said they didn't close until 9pm. I never received my pizza and I called over over for an hour. I called today and employee that didn't sound like he even cared said, it's been taken care of and the fee reversed. No explanation until I asked. He said, oh well we decided to close at 6pm so that happened to a lot of people. No apology or we will make it up to you or anything. That's horrible customer service. I love their pizza but I'm officially done with them. I always tip really well. That's not how you treat customers. I didn't even get a phone call, I had to call them! I refer people to this location a lot but not anymore."
