"I went through the drive until today. my kids, man and I just go through a rough patch and stay at super 8. many people in a small room are hard. as surprise went the family and I went to steak and shake. had no problems with ordering on the kiosk, but was said if I needed help only ask talana. After I gave up my order, talana had withdrawn and was somehow cheated that we didn't stay, I told her well that I wanted to eat outside at the picnic tables with the umbrellas. with a big smile on her face told me that everyone could wait outside and she could bring us that. dad went with the children and talana gave me serviette ketchup and 4 paper hat with cars and crayons for the children. my youngest has broken her hat accidentally and talana came out anyway to bring out a third hat she had forgotten. I went back and explained how hard in 1 room with all the children are. I only had enough money for 1 drink to go with are $4 dollar mealtimes. talana asks what the children would like to drink, it's on me. I said I thank them so much and my food was ready for them and I went out where I told everyone that talana should thank them soo muc. she said it was a pleasure to me. we are nice at the end of our meal and talana asks us if everything was great and all children say it would be great. talana tells me that I wanted to give you this gift card, it is not much, but I know how hard it can be. I have said a big smile on my face that they don't have to do that they ask for them when they say a hugger and all children again thank you. talana my experience extra special, only by being extra special!"

"Best restaurant in Kalamazoo. We stopped this summer from Ouzo and we loved it!! The food is incredible and so affordable. You have the best design beer selection in Kalamazoo and some great wines. I would recommend getting the Mousaka. It was incredible. The decor is simple and beautiful. It's like you're in an upscale bistro in Paris. Great ambience. If you are looking for a quick bite, this is not the place for you - this is a place to relax and enjoy a great experience in European style. Our waitress was so attentive and friendly. Great service."

"This place hardly gives decent quality food or a proper order. never expected to get a frappe on this site. I have found myself that I have traveled from my house to another, because they have never made frisinen available, never have ice, and in the rule eating is cold, not well done, or sloppy. that is probably one of the worst mcdonalds in kalamazoo, and they wouldn't think it. I have often returned in recent years to get only the same exact service. morning personal during the week is amazing, and the food is always well made, every other time it is literally a gamble."
