"We took the precaution of booking after turning up on a Monday at noon and being told it was full (I think they limit numbers because there was only one table of two occupied inside). All four of us had the set menu, which was...excellent from start to finish (pont l'eveque in breadcrumbs followed by pork with beluga wheat risotto, and raspberry soufflé dessert). Half a carafe of table wine was slightly pricey at but the rest was great value. Service professional and smiling, we never felt rushed. Going back as soon as possible!"

"We came for lunch sat on the terrace lovely set lunch menu and children catered for. It's lovely to see the restaurant using there outside space as many of the French do not use there gardens. We will be back again. Service excellent too."
