"Beautiful, small restaurant with fresh food. For us an absolute highlight of the holiday, as we finally found a restaurant with vegan food. It's not that easy on rogues. The food was very delicious and freshly prepared. We ordered and shared almost all vegan dishes of the card (two persons plus child). Also Sabine and Holger, who belonged to the store, were super nice. They like to do their job. Vegans who are on Spanish cuisine/Tapas should definitely try out Casa Nordica. "Wir hatten im Zusammenhang mit unserem Aufenthalt im Strandhotel Sassnitz im Strandcafe Halbpension gebucht.Ausschlaggebend war, dass sich meine Frau vegan ernährt.Ich selbst bin kein Veganer, habe mich aber die Woche ebenfalls vegan mit ernährt und diesen Entschluss keinen einzigen Tag bereut. Neben einem tollen, sehr aufmerksamen und immer freundlichen Serviceteam sind besonders die hochwertigen und wunderschön angerichteten Speisen zu erwähnen.Zu jeder Mahlzeit wurde unser Gaumen in höchstem Maße verwöhnt.Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit verschiedenen selbst gemachten Aufstrichen, veganem Käse, veganer Marmelade, Müsli und selbst gebackenen Brötchen .Abends gab es ein 3 Gängemenue, das keine Wünsche übrig ließ.Klare Empfehlung für alle Vegetarier und Veganer oder für jeden, der sich hochwertig ernähren will und dabei auch mal über Tellerrand hinausschaut.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder"
