"We arrived a little early for our reservation and were seated immediately. Then we waited more that 20 minutes for the first staff member to approach us and offer water. We finally ordered after about half an hour. We then waited more than an hour...for our appetizers (salads). We were just about to leave when they came out. We then had to wait another half hour for our mains. Our server kept apologizing but something was definitely wrong in the kitchen. We noticed other tables that also waited a long time while some that came after us got their food faster. The manager came out a number of times but ignored our table completely. During Covid lockdown we ordered deliver from this restaurant almost every week. This experience has destroyed our confidence in this restaurant and I doubt we will ever return or order again. As for the food the spigola was excellent and the chicken was tasteless. The veggies were so hard it seems like they hadn't been cooked at all."

"Was looking forward to having dinner with friends at XXI Chophouse. Disappointed by the lack of service. He was too busy chit chatting and performing a disappearing act....he'd make a great magician! Never asked if we wanted water. The quality of the apps and entrees were very good, however overpriced. Taking advantage of the neighbourhood."

"Visited Motorino for my birthday in November and I don't regret it at all. I had 12 people at the table and I was originally worried about getting quality service given the party size but there was no issues at all. The atmosphere was perfect (nice looking interior, not crowded and we were seated in a good spot given our group size), our waitress was polite and the food was great. Huge shout out to the assistant manager Tracey who was accommodating for one of my friends with her order"

"Great Italian place. We just went to Villaggio for Savour York Region special and were very pleased with that place. The atmosphere was really nice, perfect for a date or just fine dining with friends. <br/>Food was really good, like real Italian home made food. The service was great as well. For Italian food I would go there."
