"Wow! Professional way to serve! This was our first visit to a Domino shop in Cranbrook. All employees were involved. Asked us nice questions. They even gave my son a little chocolate cookie. We loved the service and the pizza was so delicious. Thank you very much!"

"Boston Pizza Cranbrook exceeded our expectations again by providing Cops for Kids bike ride for dinner on our charity bike ride this year. All our riders left feeling full and satisfied. The pasta dinner was excellent and our server was friendly. Thank you Boston Pizza!"

"I'm not normally negative when I write reviews, but unfortunately there was little to enjoy on our visit to Boston Pizza. We haven't been in a while and wanted to try some of their appetizers. We tried the Thai Bites and the Cactus cut nachos. The Thai bites were tasty but that was about the extent of what was good. The Cactus Cut Nachos were very disappointing. About half the size of what you see on the commercials and at best they were warm. Considering the cheese hardly melted and the portion size for the price there was little to like. The Spicy Perogy pizza is one of our favorites and again BP let us down. The pizza was cold as the cheese didn't melt and the spicy kick was no longer there. Sadly this will probably be our last visit to BP."

"So we went on Halloween and god some pizza, we both ate like two pieces and started to feel sick. We thought we would stop eating and give it some time, before we knew it we were both in the bathroom. We threw the pizza out like anyone would when it threatens your life. The next morning I called them and they told me that I needed to bring the left overs in and get a doctors note. I told them that wasn't going to happen, I wasn't about to go garbage picking and then go to a doctor. All I wanted was my money back and that was a HUGE ordeal. They gave us crap about not bringing the leftovers so they could send it away for testing, and that we wouldn't get a doctor to test us. They would not give us our money back and they lectured us. Eventually they gave it back and we will NEVER go back. So be aware they suck."
