"Visited friends in Yuba City for Christmas who took us to this gem of a restaurant. From the moment we entered the service was amazing. We were ready for good food and to celebrate. Lisa made sure we were good and having fun. Glad they were able to seat us in the large banquet section towards the back. Then the food arrived and it did not disappoint. Should have just put all our plates in the middle of the table because we all had to try each others dinner. Everything we ordered was tasty! Love this place and will be back soon, especially when one gets a personal visit from the chef. Bravo!"

"I really enjoyed this restaurant. The workers were very kind making me feel welcome here. I got a chicken burrito with chips and salsa and a horchata for my drink. The food was very authentic. The salsa was delicious. And they do a great job with making their horchata. Got it all for under 15 bucks. I added a receipt in the picture. I received smiles from all the workers and one came out bringing my food to me. I definitely recommend trying this place. I will be back."

"I love Mexican food, but it usually has to many carbs for me. La Unica has a menu item called 'burrito in a box '. They make an excellent chile verde, and with this menu item, there 's no burrito, and I ordered it without rice, just beans and cheese, and it was outstanding. I 've been back a couple of times since for this one singular dish."

"Ordered #1 and #2 combo. smaller amounts of meat mainly paying for rice. Beef and chicken cold and very little flavor, didnt taste fresh. Vegtables very very over cooked. Food not the same, it has down graded. Prices not properly listed either. Sorry not returning to this place again. 3 combos and cheese puffs were $49.00. not worth it."

"I ordered the Lobster #0 Lobster Bacon Roll (Winter Special)! and even though very tasty, I didnt get a lobster taste at all. The bread was delicious and fresh. And their Clam Chowder was great! Will definitely order here again."
