"We had the most beautiful lunch and stay at Brae. Apart from the food and wine being amazing and the accommodation absolutely gorgeous the service was second to none. A special mention the amazing, attentive, personable Alex, Sarah, Lyndal, Shak, Jess and Nicole thank you for making our time there exceptional. We will be back!"

"Lady was rude. I had the specials. King fish in a smoked bisque. before I saw it, I could smell it. the taste confirmed how bad it was. do not definitiw a fresh colorful bisque or they have cooked the chops from it. for about forty dollars was what they got so amateurish praised, it seems almost like the cook or cook tried to sabotage the business. the fact that the owners and the chef or the chef could actually send, makes one think they won't be in business for long. definitiw will not eat again, unless something changes drastically. I would have spent the same money for two people in a good caffe and enjoyed good eating. I should have sent it back. we should have gone when the dame was rude at first."

"I was wanting to dine at Brae for quite sometime because it was among the top 100 restaurants in the world. While I was waiting (having booked 4 months in advance) they progressed to the 47th position in the ranking. I was delighted.We did Sunday lunch with non-alcoholic drink pairing. Food was great, mostly coming from their farm. The piece of honeycomb came with a dish was the best I ever had. Every dish was made to perfection. You can't beat the freshness of the food straight from the farm. In that sense, Brae tops the list in Australia.However, having dined in world class restaurants in other parts of the world, I was expecting the same level of service. Their service was great, but, I thought they were still a little below the standard. One point I would like to highlight is that in other top restaurants, they offer small stools for ladies to have their handbags. We had to leave them on the floor at Brae. Other top end restaurants (like Robuchon in Macau) have beautiful shiny toilet areas, but in Brae they were average. I believe they have room to improve and can do better."
