"I often like this place and order. I'm not sure about these negative reviews? the people there / work there is super nice and even gave me free sugar doughnuts once just because. It is American Chinese food and a limited Vietnamese and even Thai food. It's simple and good. I think some just have to hate their lives and take it off on small businesses? I don't know. Good. Eat there."

"I’ll start by saying that the food was very good… however, the prices on the menu are not the prices you’ll see on your bill. They haven’t updated the menu they say and every item underpriced on the menu. Also, they’ll place a water bottle in front of you when you get your menu and they’ll charge you for it on the bill. Maybe offer tap water as an option? Just be more up front and honest with your customers and I’d change this to 5-stars!"

"Coffee is ALWAYS delicious! Service is always excellent. My only complaint is that parking is really small, and Caribou is almost always busy. We could find parking and also space to sit down and enjoy our drinks. They now also offer breakfast sandwiches that I usually get when I'm in downtown. I like them all, but my favorite is the chicken apple sausage; a touch of sweetness in the sausage--------!"
