"DQ food is DQ food, pretty standard fast food but the lineups when I have tried to eat here have been terrible as the service is so slow as to be laughable. Understaffed or just not well trained, I haven't been that often lately."

"My wife and I found this A&W good.Our lunch came reasonably quick.The staff did a good job."

"Poorly run (manager is the owner) only reason I am giving a 1 star is because there is no option for zero stars. Kindersley Mr. sub is by far the worst mr. Sub I have experienced ever. When I asked for more pickles the she rolled her eyes (I didn’t say anything) and she burnt my wife’s sub and we asked for just a new top on it (instead of wasting food to make a new one) she was disgusted she had to “waste” bread and argued in front of other customers. She finally put a new top on and the. Wouldn’t microwave it, while my wife was eating it she took a bite and it tasted sour, took it back to her and she called her a complainer and told her not to come back. You could visibly see the discolouration and smell it. Horrible customer service. I have a photo to prove it. Have made a phone call to head office (lady would not tell us her name only that she owned and managed it) I have never been treated so rudely as a customer. I suggest you go to a alternative place while in Kindersley."

"Was passing went to go use the washroom AFTER I had payed and was waiting in the reserve spot for my food. When I got there Teresa was guarding the door saying I couldn't come in without a receipt. I told her I already paid and the didn't give a receipt yet because I was waiting for my food pointed out that my car was outside waiting and she still wouldn't let me in. She ended up bringing me my food go figure lady is power tripping over the washroom would not want to go here ever I lived here because of Teresa the bathroom keeper. She's old and needs to be let go honestly. receipt is attached for proof/if her employer sees this."

"This location will more likely to mess up simple orders like adding extra grilled onions, or what’s in a Beyond Teen Burger. I travel the Calgary-Saskatoon stretch quite a bit, and this is my least preferred A&W location. 4 times out of five would have a bad experience in the details of my order. Drove by today and they got it wrong again Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20"
