"Really really bad. There was vomit on the floor inside last time I went in with no hazard cones or signs around it and the staff knew it was there and seemingly had no intention of cleaning it up. This time, the drive thru order taker spoke a few words of English, I got the wrong order, and the iced coffee was hot, burnt coffee poured in a plastic cup with a few ice cubes added. Gross. And I was charged $2 extra for adding ice to hot coffee. Really bad. Never go to this Jack in the Box. Go to ABC deli on Alanui instead. Way better food and service and lower prices."
