"This is one of the better locations in the Concord/Charlotte area. Food Wise. Still same as any other place the lobby is always so dirty seems like they never clean it. Customer service? nonexistent. Never do I get greeted, looked at in a positive way or anything. They just make your food and that’s it. As well with cleanliness I am disgusted no one washes their hands, people touch their face with gloves and continue to make your food. I was in the line and full on watched this girl take off one of her gloves, check her phone, and attempt to put the same glove back on, but couldn’t so she blow air into to get it back on!? Why do you need to do so. absolutely disgusting. I asked her to change her gloves and wash her hands. not once did she acknowledge why i ask that. Was very rude. All of them were. Can not make any promises I’ll be back. Pick up your customer service before you lose half your sales."

"I don?t leave negative reviews very often because I understand that things can happen and mistakes are made. Unfortunately this location is consistently bad enough to the point when I can count on them messing up an order, not having ingredients, or just being rude. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this location for the past six months. I?m not sure if it is a management issue or what, but it seems like only one or two of the workers ever know what they are doing. One of my recent trips they didn?t have white rice (was told it would be a 35 min wait because ?they just hadn?t made it? , no steak (same reason , no fajita veggies and their drink machine had no carbonation and no sweet tea. I?ve had them serve me EIGHT chips (I counted and when I complained they said it was because they ran out of chips? but still charged me full price of course. I?ve been standing in line ordering and asked for lettuce while looking at the lettuce on the bar and they have told me ?only online orders? The app is never updated. Today I arrived at the location and they were out of cheese, fajita veggies and guacamole. It?s not that I have had a bad experience here, it?s that it is consistently TERRIBLE spanning the past six months to a year. Will be driving to the next closest location from now on because I refuse to give them any more service."

"Overall a great experience (bathroom was out of soap, they replaced it but still... Service was excellent though a bit slow. They didn't seem too crowded but maybe they were short staffed. The food was really good. Enjoyed my corona. The margarita was nice but not a favorite."
