"Really average food. We came here despite knowing it'd be mediocre by just seeing the pictures because it was near somewhere we needed to go, and it was what I expected except the total turned out to be more expensive than I thought at almost $80 xDThe tonkatsu was dry and super thin. The torched salmon belly was a really small portion. All the fish in the sushi was not good quality and just okay. I literally don't have any other words to describe it but I'd rather eat somewhere else. Maybe people who like it only get rolls here?"

"The sashimi was very good. Very well portioned. I was really disappointed in the size of the Nigeria pieces. Less than 3/4 wide. Probably 1/2 to 5/8 wide. I ordered the Salmon. Other than that, this place is great."

"We walked in from great ratings online. Unfortunately we didn’t realize the place was reservation only. The man who was serving food to a group pointed at his shirt which says “no reservation, there’s the door” it was awkward and showed a distinct lack of respect to us and the party for letting us walk into the private event. Perhaps the chef owner should invest in a host and atrium to avoid such ridiculous interactions. We will not be back."

"Quality has fallen. Another great family dining place. Spacious, good service. The food is ok, the sushi variety good, the service fast enough. "I wanted to go to Maruichi first because it was cold and I believed a few ramens. It was too crowded. So I saw over the street, and there was Sono. It was also overcrowded, but had no line and we sat right away. It is a sushi boat restaurant, but has several tables. The menu has a lot of variety to please everyone. I should have tried the sushi, but I believed a soup and therefore ordered the Tempura Udon. It took a while to come, but when it did, I was surprised to see 3 shrimp tempuras! I expected one. And there was more plant sensation in there. Service might be better. I had to fly our waitress a few times to refill. All in all, the place was a pleasant surprise."

"I was craving sushi rolls and this place definitely hit the spot! I ordered 3 rolls and a bento box, all decently prized for the area! Highly recommend the Peter special and the Johnny luv if you're ok with a little spice). There was only one guy working there. He took my order, made it, and packed it. He was really nice and I hope that the restaurant becomes busy again!"
