"My family I went to this restaurant for Sunday Lunch, there were 10 of us the welcome was fantastic by all of the staff. (We did pre book the table) We were made to feel at home immediately. The Bar area is very pleasant spacious with lovely views of the Golf Course, the restaurant was very welcoming warm , the large windows let in the feeling of being outside. The tables were very well setup with everything we needed , including flowers in the middle . We had a choice of meats the Roast Potatoes were out of this world, there were as many vegetables as you eat lovely Yorkshires too . We felt very special, this lovely couple (Mel Gemma) are a credit to the Golf Club . I would definitely recommend a visit to the place you will want to return I guarantee. You could also have a round of Golf before your lunch or Dinner if you'd like to . We found the prices very reasonable for the excellent quality of food that is served . Our very best wishes go to Mel,Gemma their lovely staff , thank you for making our day very memorable xx"

"First time we had been back there since a very nice refurbish under new owners . The service was excellent and the food good and reasonably priced. Only reservation being a question as to why any restaurant would put a great lump of tasteless mozzarella on a tapas plate.? Goats cheese perhaps?.."

"I had the Beets starter which was amazing with a little heat from the chillis. Then mushroom risotto with hens egg which was equally fantastic. Met a colleague to discuss business but food far too good for us to talk and haven’t even mentioned the simple pleasures beer not a bad Thursday"
