"Bubble Hut, Bellmore, NY This Devil Ramen was PACKED with meat. I ordered extra pork, extra egg, and extra spice. The only way I can describe it is like you made the best spicy ramen you ever made... at home. Like, the ingredients were not especially fantastic or amazing by themselves but they all seemed to come together for a great bowl of comfort food. Most places have a signature spicy ramen and its usually redder than the devil's and has a ton of spices and random flavors. This was simply good. I imagine this is how most ramen is made at home without all the flashy fancy stuff. It actually looks a lot like the ramen I made in Japan. Great bowl for these winter months! #gymkhanajosh"
