"The general feeling while staying in this hotel, although for only one night, in September, was that they are trying to do better but they don't know how. It's a hotel of contrasts. Fine rooms, fine restaurant but... I had to take the elevator down...to ground floor to ask about the soap in the bathroom. It was hidden in a drawer. And the rooms have no phone to call the Reception. Fine restaurant, but the eggs and the omlette were cold first thing in the morning ! If you have the bad luck to be in the hotel in the same time with a company event and your room is toward the restaurant, you'll be blasted loud music into your room until 4 am ! It seems this is a cultural trait at the Romanians: loud music throughout the night. In a nutshell, as long as the staff cannot or don't want to abandon the local traits (loud night music) and get civilized, one time is enough."

"Really basic food: barbeque food,schnitzels,burgers and pizzas. We ordered as home delivery cascaval pane and when we opened the box, there was scnitzel de pui... fries are swimming in the oil. Burger was ok, but too much bread and no taste. Mic was good with fries. Paata eatable, but nothing special. Home delivery is good and that's why we used this company"
