"The place is nicely decorated and there is also a cat walking around the place, which adds a touch of warmth to this restaurant. The waitress' were very polite and nice, even though they forgot about our order and we had to wait for our dishes over 30 minutes. We had two different soups, the goulash soup and black root soup, both were OK and the portions were large. As a main dish we had pasta with fungi and meat, not a star plate. And schnitzel, which was dry and lacked of any taste, so we ate two bites of every dish. A small gesture would be great for the time waiting for our dishes and the food which was barely untouched. Also, a little overpriced."

"We spontaneously wanted to drink a beer and eat something. The beer garden looked cozy. The drinks came within the usual time. Until the menu was taken, about 1/4 hour passed. Then it started waiting. After more than an hour and several requests, we finally got the food. Meanwhile it had become cold and dark. The food was, by the way, roast potatoes with beef or Chicken steak, so dishes prepared in a few minutes. To all the abundance, the food was also bad and tasted like the proverbial fallen feet. The waiter was unfriendly and superb. So whoever wants to spoil the evening or has nothing better to do than wait for bad food for a long time, he's right out there. All others can only be recommended to visit one of the many restaurants in the area, even the worst restaurant is significantly better than the Gasthaof Lausen."
