"Never in my life I have. I had a fast food restaurant place so many. My names with me and his absolutely insane! First or food was absolutely horrid. Absolutely freezing cold. And I only live 2 minutes down the road. They gave me an extra bunch of food. I didn't even order. I called to get it replaced and/or refunded. And they said so we can't do that. Unless you bring the food back up so I drove out of my way to bring the food back up mind you. I was never given a receipt! He an old man named TJ said we can't refund it unless you have a receipt, I said nicely several times I was never given a receipt and he said and I quote. Not my problem so then of course I wasn't very happy. There raised my voice again and said. I was never given a receipt and he said. I don't know what to tell you not my problem... I spent $27 on fast food. And I expect my food to be made the correct way. Not a bunch of food thrown in that. I never ordered globs of ketchup in mayonnaise luke warm food at best... Trust me mean everybody I know will never eat there again... And I will call corporate every single day until this is taken care of TJ is a repermand.For treating a customer that way...."

"Was at the Washington Square Location, 520 in the afternoon, Dec . 13 , dinner time in the dining area lighting seemed poor , Cheese and Bacon potato was at best, ah luke warm , a bologna sandwich had you beat from the fridge , cold food at dinner time is unacceptable, temperature checks maybe??"

"Food is typical for McDonald’s. The morning crew is super friendly but if you get 2nd/3rd shift employees at the window they tend to be rude and not care most of the time they take my money and give me my food without saying a word That’s the reality of young teenagers working."

"Don't care for the kiosk ordering or an employee auctioning off my food to the dining room even though I had a table tent with a number. My simple cheeseburger was very sloppy. It just feels like McDonalds just doesn't care about customer service at all anymore from a corporate level. Restaurant was clean though."

"March 25, 2024Around 10:30pmOrdered the #3 Quarter pounder with Cheese medium fry and drink. Young lady at the first window was very pleasant when I paid. BUT, at the second window when I went to get my food, lady came, handed me my food, I asked for some salt. She acted like she didn’t hear me, then moved the ear piece long enough for me to ask again for some salt. She wasn’t pleasant at all and continued talking through the mic telling the person that in the drive thru to repeat their order because “I was yelling” at her. First of all, I was NOT yelling nor was I talking loud. She was very rude. Anyway, I go to park so that I can eat my food. I ate my fries first. I go to bite into my burger, and it wasn’t even ALL the way COOKED through. It was red as hell in the middle and I had spit it out!!! NASTY!!!!"
