"Edit: I emailed the address listed below and received no response.I wasn’t going to write a review, but this is the SECOND bad experience in less than a few weeks. Experience number 1 took place a couple weeks ago. We ordered a couple pizzas and one order of lava cakes. It took nearly two hours for our meal to arrive. We had to call the store multiple times and they never once cared to offer a solution and simply told us it was on the way. When the pizza arrived, it was cold and old looking. We were also missing the icing ordered for the lava cakes. Then today we ordered one pizza and bread sticks. The food arrived in a timely manner, but it was the wrong pizza! Completely wrong. I called the store to let them know, and they told me they were sending out a new pizza right away to us. Fast forward an hour and no replacement pizza still. I called the store and let Brittney know the situation. She said “oh which one are you?”, implying that this has happened multiple times tonight. She told me that she could give me a store credit for one pizza. I asked if she could just refund our order for the inconvenience of it all, not just the pizza that we may or may not ever use, and she said no. She offered lava cakes, but then did not put it on our credit which she put on file at the store. Pizza only. So, now it’s an hour later, and still no dinner. Just an IOU. If we do decide to order again, I’ll update this review. I hope to change this to five stars one day. Please just take this as constructive criticism and not someone trying to bash the store. Hopefully, management will take the steps necessary to correct these issues."

"It is actually a taco bell that has a pizza hut express. I ordered the greatest size of the cinnamon. they are not very cheap, of course I ate one on the way to home in the car and while they were lukewarm they were completely cooked in the inner. there was no filling. I usually bite something gentle, warm and gooey. I thought I had a bad one. only 5 minutes away to live, I decided to go home and see what the children thought. Unfortunately, everyone was over their time. I called the restaurant later this evening, the manager in the service was extremely nice, apologetic and professional. we got another box next time. she also said (sometimes like) she would do with the personal so nothing like that would happen again. my man has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and fully understands how this can happen. the manager could not have handled it better. when we got our replacement box, they were absolutely perfect. between the manager and the perfect cinnabons is why I gave 4 stars instead of 2."

"When I placed my order, the employee on the phone was extremely hard to hear understand. I'm not from around that area, so I looked it up here on google maps to get the number. However, when I called the employee went where will you be picking up your order. I had to stop gather my thoughts because I wanted to say the store I'm calling now. Don't assume that when someone calls, they know the area. When I arrived at the pick-up window, I waited about 5 minutes before anyone came. I understand that I wasn't the only customer I know that my food might not have been ready. But someone could have taken the time to open the window say someone will be right with you. I'm ok with that."

"This is a must try and try again, we were out and about, and we want some good food, as we scroll on Google to find something nearby, we found this GEM. The service, atmosphere, and most definitely, the food was on point. We got beef stew, stuffed chicken, and fried plantains!!! Da bomb!! Flavors and the heat was exactly what we needed. We cooled it off with the Haitian Hurricane drink. We will back for them oxtail! Service: Take out"

"First time here arrived around lunch time. Plantains were by far thee best thing 10/10, oxtail 7.5/10, rice cabbage lacked flavor, mac and cheese side was okay but could've been much better. Platter stated 20.99 yet I was charged almost 24.99 or 25 like I don't know what 7% is mathematically speaking. I presumed that oxtail prices must've went up. Did appreciate that slice of cake though for my b-day. Service: Take out"
