"I was so disappointed in the service I received. The woman who took my order was rude and downright disrespectful towards me when I was asking for clarification on what I could receive as a combo meal. What was the ultimate disrespect leading me to discontinue my order and leave was her flagging her hand at me! I went on an excursion the day before my departure from Big Island, and the lunch provided to us was from this restaurant. My family and I thoroughly enjoy the food. It was delicious and flavorful. We decided since we had a late flight leaving the island we’d grab dinner from here. I was disheartened by the treatment I received."
