"Went there a few weeks ago for the first time and again 2 weeks ago. Our first time there Josh (an excellent host) served and we both had their excellent prime rib cooked just right and the flavour was some of the best we've tasted. This was accompanied with simply THE best mash potato. So we went back and this time had the rib combo with the chicken wings. Ribs were dry rubbed but succulent and full of flavour. Chicken wings didn't need any sauce. You can just eat them as is. The brine marinade and their seasoning is really all you need, on both occasions we couldn't finish our food the quantity isn't ridiculously huge, but more than we could handle at one sit in. So next time we go, we will really have to starve ourselves to do their menu justice."
