"Not very many Long John Silver in the valley. This is located in a primary Taco Bell. You have to go in to get the seafood menu, but it's worth waiting. To be fair, they do about 80% Taco bell orders to the 20% Long John's. So it makes sense to go up for the ride and they say that you order inside for fish for your convenience and wait time. "

"I ordered online. As soon as I pushed send I called to let them know my son is allergic to soy so leave them sauce off his order. They didn’t pick up. I called several times while on my way to the restaurant. When I got there there was two girls standing there and noone in the place. I explained the situation, how sick it would make my son and she said they would remake the spam roll and leave off the sauce. I asked if the tuna bowl was ok and she said yes. Then a guy comes out from the back. I asked for the nutritional info on the sauces. He said he had the nutritional info but not the ingredients. I explained my son is allergic to soy and he responds “well if he is allergic to soy he should NOT eat here. We even put soy oil in our rice”. I said you are kidding. He said no he was serious. I told him he would need to cancel my sons order then because he can’t eat any of it. He responded “well we already made it”. I said I don’t care, there is nothing on the website that says you put soy in everything so you need to Cancel it! He responded that it is already paid for. I said I know and you need to credit me for his order. He did say he would issue me a credit but he made it obvious that he wasn’t happy about it. I am really angry that I was told the tuna didn’t have soy in it and if I hadn’t asked about the sauces my son would have been very sick. The lack of caring by these people is unbelievable.There is no information on any website about the ingredients in the dishes made by ahi poke bowl so if you have any food allergies I would not eat here and I wouldn’t believe them if they say it doesn’t have what you are allergic to. Please beware of this place."

"I love Long John Silvers and this one did not disappoint. Some reviewers mentioned that it took too long for their orders, but quality takes time. Took ours about 15 minutes. If you want fast food maybe try a buffet. The staff was friendly and our food was delicious. The only reason it was 4 instead of 5 stars is because they ran out of hush puppies. Other than that great food!"
