"We visited La Savie for dinner. The restaurant was quiet but we were warmly welcomed by Melanie and,subsequently, by the chef Frederic Marchant. The location is quiet and off the beaten track but absolutely worth the visit. Frederic is focussed on quality ingredients (some of which are grown in the restaurant gardens). The converted barn is intimate and charming. The food was inventive, beautifully presented and even catered for 2 vegetarians in our party of Five people. If there was a weakness it was that the desserts (tiramisu and crime brûlée) were not up to the standard if the starters and main courses. The menu (fixed price) changes regularly according to the available seasonal ingredients. The wine list is well presented and includes some excellent local wines. All in all, this is a lovely restaurant, run by charming people and absolutely worthy of a Michelin star- I am sure that they will achieve one before too long."

"Very surprised and satisfied with this small restaurant in the heart of Meyrals. A warm atmosphere, we have had a pleasant moment by your side and thank you for having served us a gourmet and tasty cuisine. A beautiful, well-maintained terrace is available. The menu “from the hostel” has perfectly agreed to me, entrance to see flat photo, desert. I'll be back soon."
