"Tucked away on a quiet tree lined street of coastal town Dive Agar in Konkan, this eatery serves only and authentic maharashtrian fare , starting from breakfast by about 8 am to late night dinners . They offer veg/ non veg food , cooked Bhandari style using their authentic masalas which are always freshly ground and sourced from their own garden. Their fish comes straight from the sea and other non veg dishes are also freshly sourced. The food is wholesome, thali style with rice bhakri, one curry , one dry vegetable , salad , pickle , papad , solkadi daal and rice is typical vegetarian fare. The fish thali will have one big piece of fried fish , one portion curried fish, solkadi and everything else except vegetables. But you could request vegetables with your non veg thali as an extra. The service is wonderful, with attention provided to every customer. there is hardly anyone who could complain. ambience is rural with mud floors and bamboo mandap and tables laid under it . Eating here is an absolute pleasure . The cherry on the top is the pricing , very reasonable and total value for money.. Dive Agar is worth visiting if only to eat at Parkers Khanaval ."
