"Great cajun food but problems handling rushes. This is a Mom and Pop operation. Husband bartends and runs the front of the house and wife who is a true cajun cooks and runs the back of the house. Terry makes a great drink and the food his wife cooks is fabulous. I have learned to go after the dinner crowd clears out. They are not very good at handling crowds and it seems like someone is always upset their meal is taking too long. Despite their inability to handle dinner rushes effectively, I love going here to visit and eat the true cajun food."

"I was looking for a decent cup of coffee in the belle area and wanted to try something besides starbucks.....soo im pretty sure the coffee they serve here is folgers or something comparable.....if u are looking for a quick bite from a cafe type place this place might be ok but i was dissapointed in the coffee."

"This was my second time visiting a Kokoro Mazesoba location (first time was the downtown location) and this visit did not disappoint! Ordered the Niku Mazesoba and it was consistent with my first visit. Super creamy, rich, and very filling! Highly recommend and will continue coming back for this!"

"Food was decent, not amazing though.Unfortunately, I found a piece of metal in my naan during my take-out meal. It appeared as though it was a bristle from a metal brush that fell off.I emailed the restaurant, and did not get a response. Would not eat again just from a safety concern."

"My review is approximately 5 years late, but this spot has the best lemon poppyseed bread I’ve ever had my entire life and I still think about it from time to time. I am not from Vancouver and I’ve been here only a couple of times, but I am committed to going back and having this lemon poppyseed bread again, along with their delicious drinks."
