"I rented a room on a short term basis here before lockdown, great facilities and I felt my things were safe inside the room and enclosure. Poor interiors, lifted the mattress and it's heavily stained, you can tell carpets aren't cleaned professionally on a regular basis, no back up keys or fobs onsite.I'm someone who can go through phases of forgetting things like keys and unluckily I had to ask several times to be let in to my room, instead of having back ups onsite, not offsite as that makes no sense, I had to try to get hold of the at the time landlord involved which was fine the first few times however the last time, I was treated, spoken to, shouted at like a child, as if I was doing it on purpose. I didn't have a choice at the time I was starting a new job, wanted to get out of my parents house and getting my independence back but no one expects to be treated that way.Luckily as things settled down with me it didn't happen again however I would have to say it was a horrible experience and nobody should be treated like that for something that is human error with more people than just myself, there should be back ups onsite without having to trouble anyone, not being able to afford it is not an excuse there is more than one way someone can ensure access to rooms regardless of any other factors."
The place also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat and drink in pleasant weather.
