"I was there for the first Ma(h)l today and had the obligatory cancer menu. The pickled salmon was good, the scallops and the shrimps were noticeably low in taste. The Moselriesling to the appetizer will at least disappoint those who hope for a typical Moselriesling. I should have asked for an alternative proposal. The intercourse (filled ravioli on spinach) was very good, possibly a little salty. The main course (stone butter) was ok, although cooked rice as a supplement does not really require a self-proclaimed gourmet cuisine and the roasted vegetables were unnecessarily sharp (no, ginger is no longer innovative today).
