"We insisted to give them yet another chance, and ended up going three times over the course of the month December 2015. Not anymore. The place is nice at the first glance, but at a closer look one notices the quasi-disfunctional washrooms (and now they...appear new, we were wondering how they'll survive the next few years), the thick cigarette smoke, and the bad placement of the tables. Customers sitting at different tables must push each other to make room to sit up and down. The food (we had pizza, various kinds) is a joke. Not sure what kind of oven they have, but it's unable to produce any decent crust. The result? Microvawe-like pizza. The worst however is the personnel. They are very rude and inefficient. Especially Alex, a young guy who appears to have a total lack of consideration for the customers and for the business he's working for. He talks back, raises his voice to customers, is impolite with women, interrupts customers while they are speaking...in a word he's precisely the kind of waiter that will ruin your evening and eating out experience. Conclusion: too bad the business owners came back from Germany to invest in their old country and hometown if they weren't able to recruit, hire, train and keep competent personnel."
