"We were kept waiting outside for 25 minutes. We were told we could put our names on a waiting list and walk to the mall for 20 25 minutes. My friend was unable to do that so we asked if we could sit at one of...the two unoccupied tables. No we could not. A tiny table was outside the door. Could we sit there and wait? If we did, we would lose our place on the wait list but we could order from there. We decided to do that. We were reluctantly given a menu, placed our order, including coffee and waited. The empty tables were never filled. After waiting 20 minutes we asked when our coffee would come. Oh, sorry. right away. After 5 more minutes, we got up and left. I can 't comment on the food or the value because we were never served. We were never allowed to actually enter the facility which I could see was full. I 've been told that the food is great. We were not obnoxious patrons but were polite and respectful so this did not seem to be retaliatory service."

"The good:- it's in Maple Ridge; who would've thunk! Bonus stars!- fish is fresh- good portions for the rolls at least- good service- good price as they don't try to rip u off just because of their location However....it is not a restaurant I would go out of my way to go again because of the food.Now, if their Sashimi pieces were 25% bigger....I'd certainly rate it higher and would go back in a heartbeat."

"Moved to Maple Ridge in September and have tried one or two places for pizza when we checked Trip Advisor and saw Sopranos got good reviews. Ordered one of the combos for pickup, it was ready on time and piping hot. The crust is one...of the best we've eer had, there were lots of the toppings we ordered and it was generally just excellent pizza."

"Just ordered a Canadian pizza. It came with a spice pepperoni. When I called to complain he told me they don't have hot pepperoni on the house. When it clearly has one pizza called HOT and SPICE with the first ingredient being listed as HOT PEPPERONI. After the manager said he doesn't have hot pepperoni, he said bye and hang up on me. Great customer service, now we have a whole pizza that the kids won't eat it. ?"

"Seriously the grossest, most unsafe place to eat. Worst of all, when I took the wings back to them, they provided the worst customer service and offered to put the food that they gave me back in the oven (1. It’s extremely unsanitary and against the health code, 2. It’s disgusting).As for the Donair Pizza that I’ve ordered, it had pepperoni in it, which wasn’t mentioned in the description I am allergic to. The lady told me to “just pick it off”…Honestly, I ordered food over $100; and had 8 invitees at my place, however, I had to leave the gathering and my night ruined due to their extremely rude and bad customer service.LONG STORY SHORT, AVOID!!!"

"Wonderful Pastas and very good attentive service. We dined here on a weekday night and did not need a reservation. We both tried one of the pasta specials, ravioli stuffed with lobster and crab in a cream sauce. Large portion and you could taste the seafood. The other special was the stuffed manicotti with gorgonzola cheese and a meat sauce, excellent. These entrees came with either soup or salad and ranged between 16.99 for the manicotti and 21.99 for the ravioli. Wine was good and reasonably priced from 6.95 a glass.We will definitely return to try one of their other dishes. This restaurant hAs expanded in size, so a lot more tables. I would make a reservation if wanting to dine on the weekend"
