"Firstly I would just like to say that the Thursday night waitress does an amazing job. We are regular customers on Thursday nights and tonight when the boss turned up we were appalled. If he needs to speak to the staff he should wait until there are no people in the restaurant.Overhearing his conversation, apparently the waitress is not aloud to chat with the customers!! Do you know what customer service is?? If you want your customers to keep returning you will need to change your attitude towards your staff. Also you plan on turning away customers that do not want to eat "all you can eat". Not everyone wants to sit down and eat heaps of sushi for $25, they may only want a couple of plates. Again you are turning away people and money which comes back onto the staff working on the night. Maybe the boss man needs to work on a Thursday night to see what actually happens instead of instantly blaming the waitress. FYI, be kind to your staff they are doing the best job they can. At least Nicole talks to the customers, I have been before where the staff don't talk unless taking your orders, nor do they ask how the food is. My rating is based on the boss's service which is a appalling. Nicole's service on Thursday nights is amazing, couldn't record anyone else.Thanks Nicole, your azaming at what you do!!"

"Went on a Wednesday night (Seafood night) cost $27.00 - for a buffet this is a great price. They have two sittings, I went to the earliest one 5:30pm.Walked upstairs, was dead on time and only a couple of others were already in there, staff took me to my reserved table and that was pretty much the last time I interacted with the staff…. They could've gone the extra mile and explained anything special, what the process is here etc - but no - here's your table see you later!I did a walk around of all the food, as a buffet, there is a great variety but with buffet's, you really have to get in early while the food is reasonably fresh and get out quick!Sushi train, - not very well lit - wasn't going to risk eating it as I really couldn't see what was going around? (They should have a time to say when it was made too)…Dessert bar - was pretty good, Seafood area - was good, deep fried section - plenty, salads hhhmmmmm… Staff should also be in the habit of turning/stiring food as it sits under the heat lamp for a while - it would give a better impression to say "eat me"…After a while, I started to see the same faces on the poor customers that didn't book a table - carefully looking at each table to see if it's been reserved desperately trying to find a place to eat.Hint** Book a table or you will be left to your own devices on trying to find a tableStaff do not take you to an empty table - they take your money and say good luck!I felt none of the staff wanted to be there, no smiles, no big "Welcome - thank you for dining with us" Wont be back 6 out of 10"

" ordered the teriyaki tofu and it was incredibly delicious! veggie roll, avo roll, gurkenrolle and seetang were also great! many to choose, took one because to decide! very friendly staff and seemed happy if necessary to accommodate!"

"My wife and I went here last Wednesday night For mains we had trout and the duck.Entrèe was gyozo We haven't been to Japanese before but this place i would highly recommend as the food was fresh and very reasonable price wise.Staff were helpful We will return soon The chef is a food artist"
