"This is the first time at this location but my family are avid customers for happy teriyaki. My family and I stopped in for a late lunch today and was NOT happy with the experience. We understand that things happen but I would give this place a negative star if I could in food and customer service. I got the bento box with sesame chicken and my husband got the chicken katsu and both were extremely dry and I could not eat the sesame chicken it was so hard. Not only that but the “salad” was just seasoned cabbage and carrot slices. I had to ask for dressing for my salad and even then mine and my husbands were slimy. I brought it up the the waitress and she went to the manager. After a minute they both came back and told me that I’m paying for it regardless. When I offered to pay for what was eaten (fried rice and egg rolls) the manager persisted to tell me we will pay for everything and they were not going to remake it and wouldn’t do ANYTHING to fix the situation. Over all 0/10 for customer service, 2/10 for the food (egg rolls were cooked correctly) and decor is a 5/10 cause even though it’s a bit cramped it’s very nice looking inside. Management do better. We would have been just fine you remaking it but instead you caught an attitude over your bad cooking."

"Always nice whenever I come I’ve been coming here for years..a food was found in my food and accused that someone in my house hold put it there..I was very disappointed in his tone and attitude on the phone..we went to take the food back and he was so aggressive grabbing our card. To give us a refund. He said no one in his restaurant had hair, and him and his employee both had a head full of hair. We were told to sit aside and wait. We were being rude or anything .. very disappointed in the customer service."

"Stood and waited for chicken wings for 25 minutes, I asked 3 different servers when they we're coming out. They all said right now. I waited so long for them to bring the chicken wings out that my family( I'm visiting from Texas(came looking for me because everyone had finished their meal. Suffice to say the chicken wings never came out and my family had to wait until I finished my plate. That didn't make sense. Half the reason was because the servers didn't speak English well. As far as the atmosphere it was hot and a little stuffy inside. Otherwise the food was fantastic and in my opinion for what you get the price is right. Everything was delicious."
