"The restuarant is horrible. There have been at least 5 times I’ve gone in and they were out of something. Tonight, they’re out of chicken and queso. The upper management team for Chipotle need to rethink their management team at this particular store. The wait time to get served is always about 10-15 minutes. You probably can’t tell, but almost everything on the line is out. Poor management."

"They had half the items were missing from the steam table. The people working there seemed to be angry at the customer (me) for having the audacity to ask how long before they 'd be ready?Real nasty response. I can 't pin point a time, you want it or not. As she slammed the tray down. I kindly let her put the top on and told her or not This is simply not acceptable. My money will not be spent anywhere they don 't have the decency to treat me with respect. You keep your bowl. I 'll keep my money and my dignity."

"The food I ordered was not great. I expected more from a Mexican restaurant. I sat down and was served chips and salsa, but I think it was tomato sauce with bits of cilantro and it was tasteless it did not even have a touch of spiciness. I then asked for some Pico De Gallo instead think that would be better, well guess what I was served? I was served hastily chopped tomatoes, onions and cilantro....where is the hot peppers? I then asked for hot peppers and the waitress came back with some sliced jalapenos which I then started chopping up and making my own Pico De Gallo. To my dismay the jalapenos were not hot, they must have had the jalapenos stored forever and were never used and just sitting in the fridge. So next my meal came out which I ordered a steak with side of fries and rice. The steak had a lot of gristle and I worked with the steak it was okay not the best. The only part of my meal that was delicious was the fries and rice and the Ice Tea. Here are my posted pictures."
