"Ordered at 11:00 on a Saturday night. Was told the wait would be about an hour from the website. I called the store around 11:50 to check on order (as the store closes at 12:00) and was told the driver would be here with my order in a few minutes. Fast forward to 12:45, pizza still hadn?t arrived. I had to call the restaurant again only to get the response that the driver?s car broke down and they were actually on the way this time. Food arrives 2 hours after ordering and it was cold and incorrect. I ordered a 14? and received a 12?. I tried calling the store to get it fixed but of course it was closed at the time. Very unprofessional of them for not considering to call me when they found out the driver was having issues. My contact info was easily displayed on the receipt. Won?t be ordering from them in the future."

"Horrible manager. I placed an order and was told through the website it was ready. Went to the store where there was children running around and a tv blaring and got told they needed more time , no biggie I can wait. Waited ten minutes and went back in just to be stared at by every single employee until someone came from the back with my food. Then the manager , Rasheeda, came out and started screaming at me that I’m always causing issues and never allowed back all while slurring her words. You can see on camera I came in for twenty second , waited outside, then came back and waited again. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait because of a stoned staff and walking into a store set up like a living room. She is a power hungry lazy worker. As a Multi Unit General Manager of 3 years I would never tolerate this in my business. I know y’all don’t have employee but this is beyond unacceptable"

"It's been years since I've had Pizza Hut, but for some reason it sounded good last night. The pizza was WONDERFUL! The sauce was flavourful, crust perfectly done, and lots of Pineapple! YUM! I do miss the seasonings on the crust though. The breadsticks hadvery little seasoning but were still very tasty and perfectly cooked. The mini Cinnabons were REALLY GOOD! Quite satisfied withmy food!"

"One thing I can say if you actually get your order? But, please, Management y?all must keep an eye on whoever you leave there to close at night. Second time in a row that I waited for my food and almost 2 hours later discovered that it was cancelled because obviously the employees cannot read the address printed on the sticker. Too bad. And I would advise getting a recorded line so that management can hear how they talk to customers after the darkness."
