"This one particular DD has never been my favorite. The employees are always rude, you can be standing there and expect to be ignored. They messed up my order on the drive thru, went inside, stood there and they seemed annoyed when I told them they give me the wrong coffee, they even admitted they give me the one for the person before me because the order got mixed up!! I got a new frozen coffee made only this was tasteless and overall disgusting. I didn’t feel like going back again, I ended up towing it im the garbage. I decided not to go back there again because of their service and how rude the employees are"

"I stopped here to do paperwork and link up to their Wi-Fi. What do you want me to say, it’s Dunkin’ Donuts. Generally watery coffee, sugary treats, and everything‘s overpriced. The bathrooms are clean. I accidentally dumped a homeless man’s coffee that he was resting on the edge of the garbage can while smoking outside and went into buy him a replacement and they gave it to me for free so I’m gonna have to say some really nice folks work here and I appreciate them."

"Trying to keep it positive ...great location, in walking distance to the main street where there loads of cute little shops. The front desk staff were very welcoming and pleasant. And then we went to our cottage. I get it. It's an old historic inn but it needs a lot of love. The exterior of the cottage was beat. The entry to our cottage was not exactly welcoming. Worn painted steps, dirty chipped paint on the front door, a door knob that was in serious need of repair. Once inside the first view is an open storage closet. Our suite was very spacious but the mix of old furniture (can't say antiques because they were in rough shape) and newer amentities just didn't work. The mini-fridge had a freezer that was so iced up you couldn't close the door. The dust was in every corner. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast (which used to be included) was $10/person. The free breakfast at the Hampton is far better. The scrambled eggs were hard and barely warm, potatoes were mushy, and the bacon overcrisp greasy. Seriously for the price of the room I expected much better. This place could /should be a gem but it doesn't seem to have the attention and care that it needs."

"I really do hope that the owner/manager reads this. I?m giving 4 stars for the fact that they have a drive through, the phenomenal oat milk latte, and the fruit, lettuce carrots that came with my breakfast sandwich. The oat milk latte was perfectly frothy and so great, 10/10! I also had an English muffin with egg , cheese avocado. The bread for the breakfast sandwich was absolutely hard as a rock which tells me one of two things , the bread was either microwaved , or it was stale. Regular English muffins cannot be microwaved. That being said both sandwiches we ordered were like this- the other one didn?t even get eaten unfortunately? I really want to give this place 5 stars, I?ve seen other raving reviews about this place. I hope they can fix the bread issue, I read other people commenting similar things about the bread. This place has a bright future otherwise! Please let me know when you fix the bread thing and I?d be happy to come back and try another sandwich."
