"I was shorted 2 bagels from my dozen pickup order. It's never happened before. I called Mary back immediately to tell her I was 2 short. She's so very nice and assured me I could pick them up plus an extra for my trouble later in the day. I went in to pick up, Mary wasn't there. I saw that the set aside bag had been marked over from 3 to 2, which I'm not complaining about. The manager said I must be mistaken that i must have gotten 11 and this wasn't a bakers dozen either! As if I was either mistaken or taking advantage! I order dozens all of the time! Customer service should be complimenting their loyal customers, not insulting them!"

"This was my first time here and I only tried it because Upside (app) had 25% cash back. The lady at the front counter was of no help and when I said Sorry, it 's my first time here she didn 't say a word not offered to help. It was hard to hear her when she asked how I liked my chicken and bread for the chicken tender sandwich meal I ordered and she immediately raised her voice and her tone was nasty. Not friendly at all. I also waited too long for my food (about 15 mins) which for a chicken tender sandwich I would say is below the standard for fast food. Finally, when I ate my meal I will say the seasoning for the fries were nice touch and the sauce for the sandwich is what saved it. However, for a restaurant have chicken tenders on their name I was expecting amazing tenders on the sandwich. They were bland and overfried for sure. Disappointing to say the least."

"The first time here for me, but not for my girlfriend. It wasn't busy when we arrived. Server was attentive and supported us immediately. The food tasted fresh and hot. If you like Greek food, try definitely Mykonos."
