"Who hasn't been to a Tims where your not playing a game of chance with your coffee order? This one I can truly say that the staff are trained properly to know what a coffee looks like whether it be cream, or well as know what sugar looks like in the bottom of a cup. Coffee machines must be snaked regularly as its never burnt tasting and cream, milk and sugar machines checked for proper calibration. Kudos to the manager and staff!"

"Service here is ok, wife and I had the Chicken combo, both burgers where crushed. Fries where just barely warm. Luckily I don't eat fast food a lot, cause I won't be back here any time soon.Back (April 29/22) to see if maybe management and the food got better. Again ordered 2 Spice Chicken sandwich combo's and both where like chewing leather. The pick says it all, I will definitely be avoiding this Wendy's for ever."

"Is it protocol to make you chips on the top grill as the same time you cook chicken onions and falafel ? All the cook did was push them to the side then start frying on the grill next to chips . Then proceeded to mix up my pitas and put meat in wrong ones then mover her chips back on where food was cooking thought this was a franchise ???"
