What User likes about Iron Bay: Had pm reservations but wanted to eat earlier. Not only accommodated us , but we sat outside. "Loved the food! Our waitress was super nice and helpful. I have gluten and dairy dietary restrictions and was able to get a gf bun and a cheese substitute for my burger! "We ate in the backdoor ramen part of the stone house operated by the stone house crew. I haven't eaten properly in the stone house yet, but hope soon. I have eaten ramen in restaurants all over the world and was hopeful when I learned from this place. my sons were with me and they were also enthusiastic. we were greeted in a friendly way when we came, sitting immediately and given menus. we all chose to share the toncottsu ray bowl and a side order of the knödel. the food came out quickly. on the first sight the bowls and portions were much smaller than I expected, what I saw in other rally stores. there were chopsticks present, but there was no spoon given. we have dug into eating, and my first thought was that is a hearty nude soup, but it is not a raven. the broth was dark and salty and not creamy, as one would expect with tonkotsu. the noodles were obviously handmade, but they were overcooked and crushed together. the pork was excellent, tender and tasty disintegrating. the dumplings were great. my young loved you eating and gave him a thumb. I thought it was a decent dish suppe on a cold day, but could have been much better. I applauded stone house for trying rammen and will come back to see how they advance. I would like to see that they try traditional Miso breads, as well as gyoza, edamame and other appetizers."
