"We brought a group here for a work performance 14 overall we arrived early and got a big table, a young man named Andrew should be our server.....He got me and my man a drink then when our guests arrived he was nowhere to find. he finally came back over a drink order and then it literally took 31 minutes before he returned the drinks. what a sweat! the female server has been walking around him. when he finally brought back the drinks, we ordered the dinner because we knew it would take forever again what it did .3 were eating over and again a few people ordered drinks because they knew it would take forever, they started to go into the bar to get their own drinks the service was so bad and super slow! I am a server myself and if I had a table of 14, you can be sure that they would have been my first priority! this is where they make their money to a server on the larger tabs, so make sure they are available for their every request. if they don't deal with being a server, then they will find another job, he focused on the tabs of 2 and 4 and forget about us.....ehren service ever. eating was like that, he forgot the extras that the people have asked, salt and pepper, ranch dressing and additional serviettes that server 101 know the worst made at night. we were finally finished and decided to go outside, the group went outside and we waited and waited for the bill again he was mia. what a sweat. he finally brought the bill and I told my man, he gets 15% because he doesn't even deserve that I would have waited better on our group, but buyer beware the restaurant already adds a 18% congratulate on big groups, he has made $93.00 tip on our table and has not earned $50! then they had another line on the bill to add an additional tip they announced to me....if we had a attentive, friendly server, then they would have done extra to sure andrew was terrible. when we got our last drinks. Finally, it was 2 hours 37 minutes later, then Andrew went to us and took care of us, as his other tables until now, so we were his last resort. if the server sections are too large, then they close a part of the game room tables so that the server offers at least a good customer service. if I ever treated any of my customers who are horrific and ignored in the ground they would feel terrible....maybe young should simply not be server or at least be otherw should not be that he needs much more training in the server industry. my man and I are in the warehouse a few times in the month and spend a lot of money, but that was the worst that we have ever been treated when our bill $50 to $100 we always have great service female server our bill over $650.00 and we had the worst service I have ever had in my life. we were really embarrassed that we have taken our customers here, no one should go to a restaurant for a 5:30 dinner reservation and get them off their table after 8:15 from a simple dinner it was not as if we had a 5 curs dinner bad experience to take a group for a perfection dinner more than disappointed!!!!!"
