"Needless to say, had an amazing South Indian food. I reached this place almost an hour before they closed on a weekend, and I was surprised to see some different menus they have for the weekend. I tried curry leaves podi idli that was so delicious. I also tried kothu parota polichadu, which was not much different than the normal kothu parota. Still, it was still good. Last but not least, her chai was a little disappointing. But not too bad. Friendly staff safe. I wish they had a lot of sweets!"

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place was so terrible. At first there was no AC run. Next they had so many fans on the ceiling, but they couldn't turn on. Next, they didn't take our order right. Then they let me wait 40 minutes for one of my Dosa orders and my whole family was finished by then. They lied that the Dosa comes if they didn't even take the order right. Next they didn't give up because they screwed up my order. Finally, they failed to pack food properly. My Sambar soakef my whole Dosa. I wouldn't recommend going there. Terrible place. Terrible experience. Don't go there. Oh, by the way, this restaurant is a self-service restaurant. Bad place. And you knew the boldness of these people. They're not even sorry or excused for bad service. You just stared at me and said, okay? You should be ashamed."

"This place is adorable! Love their fresh farm to table concept, and the quick service was impressive considering how busy it was for lunchtime on a Monday. Clearly a go to place for corporate folks in the Plano area. I absolutely adore the Baylon cane sugar soda fountain definitely helps bring the whole meal together. I got the Roman salad and black cherry soda. Stoked to go back next time I'm in Plano!"

"I woke up this morning in the mood for something great and that is exactly what I got at First Watch. I came in and was immediately sat down. My server was a beautiful girl named Mckenzie. McKenzie is a great server and did an amazing job. She had great suggestions from the menu. If you decide to come here suggest her as your server you will not be disappointed."

"Amazing, amazing, AMAZING! Great atmosphere and by far the best Italian Restaurant I've ever been to. We started out with cocktails. I enjoyed the Pale End of Day so much I enjoyed a 2nd one with dinner : Their Culatello Prosciutto are both to die for. We also tried their Midollo Al Forno. I'd never had the opportunity to try roasted bone marrow before. I want to go back just for that... so savory... so satiating! The mussels clams in their Cozze E Vongole Al Tegame were sauteed to perfection. They were wonderfully accommodating to my husband's food allergies. They kindly made him Carré Di Agnello Alla Griglia (Grilled Rack of Lamb with no gluten, eggs, or dairy. Da Mario has delicious and fascinating sides, as well. We enjoyed their Pastinaca E Gremolata Di Nocciola (Parsnips with hazelnut gremolata , as well as their Verza Arrostita (Roasted Savoy Cabbage . Although we didn't have room for dessert, I took a picture on our way out of what looked like tiramisu in a martini glass beautiful! I highly recommend Da Mario look forward to returning trying more of their amazing menu!"

"UPDATE Oct 2020. Back again with loyalty club discount. Good deal again and we got leftovers UPDATE May 2020 OooRah! Open again for inside dining (limit 30) during Wuhan virus crises. Still good food especially with a loyalty coupon and military discount. We got the small entree (see photo) which was plenty.Inspired by coupon with free entree with purchase of another entree we tried this place two days after opening (Oct 2016). And so did a number of other folks for weekday lunch hour. A bit confusing for new customers with so many fresh choices and the staff coped fairly well. They are learning their jobs a bit under fire. Helpful to have one of staff at end of line to explain what's available and how to order. We plan to go back and mix and match other combinations of food. BTW: I saw one customers with the large burrito and it was too big for two; so be very hungry. UPDATE Nov 2016. Second visit during weekend lunch hr. Not busy at all compared to weekday lunch. We got the two bahia bowls; beef and pork. Very good. I think choosing the right sauce makes the difference."

"Our group of 7 went here last night. The nachos mi tierra (get this one, you don't want to miss the poblano crema) and the tacos mi tierra, both with chicken, were great! I think the other tacos that were ordered had less heat/flavor than people were expecting, but the mi tierra had a good amount, and the portions of guac and pico de gallo were generous. We gave drink/appetizer orders right away, but it did take awhile to get our food order placed which surprised us since we came in late in the evening, but the serving staff were attentive and took good care of us. Shout-out to Oscar at the bar for great service!"

"Been to this place multiple times and the food always had a consistent taste. Please be aware that any food order that is spicy is really hot. Apart from the food, never had issues with parking and the wait time to be seated was also not long. The ambience inside is good as well. Couple of reasons for the 4 star rating. 1. It takes a while for the food to arrive at the table from the time it was ordered. (Doesn't matter if you go during peak time or not). So please plan to order ahead if you wish to avoid staring at dishes being served to nearby tables. This could need some improvement. 2. Restrooms are not up to the mark. The hand towel dispenser is not working and a spare roll is right on top of the toilet paper stand, which makes us think for a second before grabbing and tearing a piece of the paper for drying hands. Overall it's a good place for good south Indian food.."
