"Table for 5, staff very friendly but it went down hill from there. The drinks menu looked like a redacted JFK file with so many items crossed out with a black marker. Items that were still on the drinks menu and requested were no longer available, maybe a reprint would be a good idea. We ordered bruschetta for entree, this was soggy and there was no basil or fresh herbs to be seen. Veal parmigiana was over cooked and the fries were luke warm and tasted like they had been reheated in a microwave. Mushroom risotto was tasteless and not a hint of wine could be smelt or tasted, it was also served on a flat plate which seemed so wrong. The worst dish was the Saltimbocca Alla Romana, this meal looked so unappetising, the vegetables had been boiled to within an inch of their lives and the mashed potato was so lumpy. Finally there was music playing in the background quite loudly which would have been fine if it hadn’t been heavy metal!!!! We could see the restaurant was doing a roaring trade in takeaway pizza which told us they must be good. So why was our restaurant meal of such a poor quality???"

"Chips are to die for! Crunchy on the outside, hot and fluffy in the inside. The burgers are huge and there's quite a few to choose from. Service is quick and easy going. It may not be as busy as other places but I think that's because a lot of people get takeaway. A great place to go with kids/pram, lots of room."

"I am in mourning. Please bring back the maple pecan plait. The last few visits they have been missing - I berated myself for arriving so late in the day. I am early today - my worst fears realised - the plait is no more. Please bring back the plait - I have never seen it anywhere else and it would never be as good. If the price of pecans has gone up I will pay more."

"Recently came here for the $15 steak night. not recognizing that all the tables were booked and we had not made booking, I thought I would ask if we were able to have dinner. they were more than joining us and sat on the table that was later booked. I ordered the angus porterhouse and my partner ordered the T-bone, both medium rare. it wasn't long before our meals arrived. both were perfectly cooked and served with a side salad and chips. service was great and the place has a beautiful casual atmosphere. how could you go wrong at $15 for a steak, perfectly cooked with all circumcisions! will be definitiw back"
