"I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Hacienda, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. The primary issue that overshadowed everything else was the excruciatingly long wait time and the complete lack of food even after waiting for over an hour. The wait time alone would have been bad enough, but the fact that we didn't even receive our food was the final straw. It's baffling how a restaurant could fail so miserably in its most fundamental task: serving food to its customers. This experience left a sour taste in our mouths and ensured that we will never return to Hacienda again."

"This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area! The quality and service is always consistent. Everything always tastes fresh and flavorful. I think the items on the menu are reasonably priced, with big portions. An enchilada dinner always gives my family leftovers for 2-3 meals. I personally love the taco salad and tacos!"
